Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

 

Important updates

  • We have been informed by HHLA that from 01.04.2022 rail deliveries cannot be made earlier than 7 days prior ETA, otherwise acceptance of train cannot be guaranteed.
  • We ask that you provide as much detail as possible on the ship details at the time of your export booking.
  • We can only implement any delivery regulations with reservations, depending on the duration of ship’s delay, we will adapt your specifications to the HHLA delivery regulations.
  • Any resulting handling and storage fees in the hinterland will be charged according to tariff.
  • Roland Spedition accepts no liability for any demurrage or detention that may arise.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.

As a precaution, we would like to point out that ROLAND Spedition accepts no liability for costs resulting from these events. Your contact person will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your transports.
