Roland is always looking for forwarding agents or people with a school-leaving qualification such as an FH or university degree to strengthen our dedicated team as dispatchers. As important as technical know-how is, what also counts at least as much for us is that our employees have a lot of practical understanding and a high level of commitment.
The key to our success is our uncompromising service quality. This demands a lot from Team Roland on some days. We are therefore looking for people for whom customer satisfaction is a real concern and who are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve this at all times. We require good organizational and communication skills, and also that you are happy to tackle where it is needed.
Yes, we are very passionate about training apprentices. We make sure that they get the best possible training, and we look after each apprentice personally.
