Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Last night, the entire GSM-R network across Germany failed between 22:31 and 00:30.
All rail services on the German rail network have been suspended.
Rail operations were gradually restarted during the night under strict observation by DB Energie (due to the threat of network overload).
There are significant delays on all routes, and the travel times of all trains are considerably longer.
Additionally, the Munich North Ring was closed due to a train accident.
As a consequence, delays and train cancellations are to be expected.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
