Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

The Hanover rail junction is severely congested due to an overhead line fault on the section of track between Lehrte West and Hannover Karl-Wiechert-Allee on 04.06.2026, no train service was possible, passenger trains were diverted to the main tracks.
Hamburg approach control system is active.
Bremerhaven approach control system is active.
As a consequence, significant delays, cancellations and train suspensions are to be expected.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
