Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Currently, the Hanover rail hub and all diversion routes are completely overloaded.
Overhead line disruption between Wunstorf and Nienburg – line closed – trains had to be taken out of service.
The situation remains very tense, also due to the upcoming Pentecost weekend.
Hamburg train flow control is active.
Bremerhaven train flow control is active.
As a consequence, significant delays are to be expected; short-notice changes or train cancellations cannot be ruled out.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
