Important updates

Export booking situation for Terminal CTA is still very massive, together with the delivery measure imposed by CTA (paired receipt/dispatch quantity) and HHLA Terminals (7 day rule) meanwhile a considerable backlog of full containers has built up at the terminals in Vienna and Enns.
Due to the delivery measures, resulting delays and train cancellations, but also the construction site situation in the German railway network, we have been confronted with train capacity failures for weeks and can no longer ensure a timely departure to CTA.
In order to get rid of the container backlog in the next few weeks, we have to inform you about an immediate temporary booking freeze for CTA export containers, from current point of view we can accept the next orders with planned departures ex Vienna or Enns from 23.05.2022.
We are monitoring the situation very closely, depending on how things develop, we will inform you about the adjustment of this temporary measure.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
