Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

The increase of schedule inflow control to stage 3 by Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) on 27.04.2022 has a massive impact on train traffic.
Trains were parked in the Hamburg and Hanover area due to overloaded rail infrastructure, further journeys are being clarified.
Train departures from Vienna and Enns are severely restricted.
Stage 3 is defined as trains being held back due to unavailable infrastructure, train traffic is severely restricted or no train traffic.
Train cancellations are to be expected.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
