Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Due to heavy snowfall, no loading operations could take place in Hamburg over the entire weekend.
Operations at the individual terminals in Hamburg will only resume on a limited basis starting today.
Unfortunately, the weather forecast is not positive, so further snowfall is expected throughout the week.
Due to the fully utilized infrastructure, the operational train control system remains active.
As a consequence, significant delays and train cancellations are to be expected.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
