Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) increased on 01.09.2022, 3:40 p.m. schedule inflow control to stage 3 and is still active.
stage 3 is defined as trains being held back due to unavailable infrastructure, train traffic is severely restricted or no train traffic.
Handling backlog Hamburg, Terminal Burchardkai at approx. 48 hours.
Handling backlog Hamburg, Terminal CTA at approx. 20 hours.
Export trains were refused by HPA, train cancellations and massive delays are the result.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
