We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Storage utilization in Hamburg, Terminal CTA has furhter intensified, the terminal has decided that today’s Friday slots and some of the Saturday slots will be cancelled. rail handling cannot take place.
With this measure, the Terminal CTA wants to avoid having to take the entire Saturday and Sunday slots out of production.
As a result of these measures, the backlog of export trains will continue to rise and further train refusals by the Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) are to be expected.
Massive delays and train cancellations are to be expected as a consequence.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
