Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

Since 23.05.2022, around 7:00 p.m., Bremerhaven Terminal NTB has been causing considerable IT system problems due to external service providers, rail handling is massively restricted.
On 25.05.2022 we were informed by NTB terminal that the difficulties are continuing, terminal decided that arriving trains should only be unloaded, loading the trains is currently not possible.
Backlog currently massive
As a consequence, delays and train cancellations are to be expected.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
