Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

We would like to inform you that due to the weather-related train cancellations, the free export capacities from Vienna, Enns and Graz to Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven, until the end of December.
Existing bookings will be rebooked for the next trains as quickly as possible, ensuring delivery regulations are adhered to cannot be guaranteed.
The weather forecast continue to assume severe frost in southern Germany, with regional freezing occurring on the night of 05.12.2023, rain with black ice is forecast, storms are not ruled out.
We are working hard to organize additional special trains, this project is currently ver challenging, from the current perspective, we can offer free places for new bookings again from week 1.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
