Restriction of rail traffic

We want to inform you about the current situation and effects.

Important updates

From Saturday, 19.04.2025 2:00 p.m. to Thursday 08.05.2025 2:00 p.m., construction work has been announced in front of the Waltershof signal box (Zellmannstrasse), during this time, the switch crossing system will be renewed.
Available tracks for entry/exit and shunting operations will be significantly reduced, 16 tracks cannot be used.
Shunting operations will take longer due to lack of track capacity.
Train delays are to be expected as a result of these construction measures, train cancellations cannot be ruled out.

Delivery times or fixed dates cannot be guaranteed; these require unhindered transport by rail or road traffic.
